Along with the economic and social sustainable development and the improvement of people’s living standard, people on the quality of the preschool education demand is growing. Improve the quality of preschool education is the key to high-quality talent, high-quality talent training depends on the subject of professional education in colleges and universities. This paper to improve the quality of preschool education specialized undergraduate course personnel training and meet the social requirements for preschool teachers’ professional ideas for this, based on the theory of interpretation personnel training mode combining the university preschool education specialized undergraduate course personnel training objectives, curriculum setting, training process and evaluate the status quo of empirical research, the current university preschool education specialized undergraduate course personnel training pattern carries on the summary and the analysis of common problems and deficiencies.
