Researching The Skills Of Group Work Preparatory Process

Group of the preparatory phase of the time arrangement, site selection, workers demonstrated in recruiting members of personal charm and so on, will be directly related to the form of group and group can be formed whether complete power.This paper based on the case of S University nearly 50 group activities in years 2011-2014, mainly adopts the method of qualitative research, using the methods of literature, analyzing and describing the participant observation and case study in parallel manner, and in the process of collecting and sorting in case group workers from many members, supervision, and choose 10 people carried out structure interview, hope to collect different people for the evaluation and recommendations of the panel.The paper focus on the induction and the summary task group of the preparatory stage, and these tasks down into specific operation procedure, and the formation of a given group preparatory work mode, the author hopes that through the analysis of these groups in the preparatory period of experience and the plight of the summary can provide spiritual support and experience for the novice workers, guide and help them set up team success.
