From high school entered the university is a personal development the important period of transition, get rid of the relatively tight pressure, to an autonomous environment and psychological nature will change some, and with the background, the expansion of colleges and universities, the number of college students also rose in a straight line, more and more students in this stage. During this period, the university students are facing many problems: lack of motivation, lack of professional ideal, lack of independent self-care ability, interpersonal relationship and psychological adjustment and so on. In the face of the newly enrolled students, we to the school social workers and need to help them to integrate and adapt to this new change, in case they appear to this for some of our challenges and pressures. In order to let the freshmen have a good start at the beginning period, our social worker can in their first admission for the future can be better to study and life, even for the development of their future hit the foundation, so be sure to it before it’s too late attention interventions.Need learning to adapt to the problem is the most serious problem faced by college freshmen, University although with certain to enter society to prepare, exercise comprehensive ability, adapt to different roles and identities and so on, but for the students themselves, demand of the core is still learning, can be said that learning is throughout the entire life of the University, and need to go all out to work. Freshmen in Colleges and universities, from the once familiar with the living environment and family atmosphere, often show different levels of excitement and loss of a variety of non adaptation will eventually affect the College Freshmen’s learning.The through their own work in Colleges and universities, interventional College Freshmen’s learning adaptation, by professional social work team working methods, combined with the practice and research of the learning content, in the reality of research. First of all, the author digs deep into the university high school freshmen adaptation causes, and current means of deficiencies, clear the current social work in Colleges and universities development status, combined with the experience of social work, try to intervention on specific issues. And sort of group work in this project have the effect, the degree of intervention, verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the intervention of reviews and analysis of the project process, combing the experience of items to discuss by group intervention has what advantage, achieved what unique achievements, and encounter what difficult problem. Finally, try to solve these problems.
