Design And Implementation Of Campus Real Estate Management Information System Based On Web GIS

The real estate is an important part of higher education infrastructure.It is the material foundation of the research, teaching and so on. The real estate information management is facing so much difficulties. Information and systematic management is the rationalization of real estate management in colleges and universities. With the development of Web GIS theory and related technology, the campus property management system can be established. It can make the campus real estate management scientific and standardized. More importantly, it has important practical significance and value for the reasonable utilization of camp us property and the construction of real estate management information in Colleges and universities.This study takes the North Campus of Shandong Agricultural University as the research area, and puts forward the campus housing management information system based on Web GIS, which is based on the full analysis of the status quo of campus housing management. This system intergrates Web GIS technology, database technology, web technology on the design and research of campus real estate management information system. It is a unified management of all kinds of data involved in the campus property.It can synchronize the management of real estate management graphics data and attribute data and figure linkage. It can realize the real time and high-efficient management of the campus real estate. At the same time, through the buffer zone early warning model and road noise analysis model,this system can provide decision support for the real estate management department.The main research conclusions are as follows: we constructs the campus real estate management standard spatial database and the attribute database based on the full investigation on the current situation of campus property management.This paper introduces the relevant theories and technologies of university housing management information system, and establishes the road noise and safety evacuation analysis model based on GIS.This paper introduces the overall technology frame design and database design of the campus real estate management information system based on B/S Web GIS mode.In this paper, Server SQL, Server JavaScript, HTML5, ArcGIS and other technologies are used to construct the university housing management information system, and the realization of the system functions are introduced.The design and Realization of the campus real estate management information system realizes the unification and high-efficient management of the campus property. Through the construction of the relevant model,the real estate management plays a good auxiliary decision- making function. According to the new situation of school development, we should further tap the requirements of campus housing management, and propose scientific and feasible solution, and constantly improve the real estate management information syste m based on Web GIS.
