Through summary and analysis the studies found that children’s development evaluation specific implementation process of the research is less,so the evaluation of operational implementation process has become the focus of the study.The Work Sampling System provides us with a scientific and operable evaluation scheme.Therefore,the study useg action research,based on the realistic problems,through the application of the Work Sampling System in areas of scientific inquiry, echoing the reality demands,clarify the misunderstanding of children’s evaluation.Thus,teachers can master thehe implementation process and the strategy of the evaluation of children,to coordinate the relationship between the construction of theory and solve the practical problems.The researchers selected two kindergartens as the research cooperation Park, experienced the process of “preparation-action-reflection”three stages.Based on the situation of children’s development evaluation,study the Work Sampling System and analyses the effective.1.In the run-up to the action, through the investigation of the children evaluation situation,found that understanding of children’s development evaluation to be improved; the original intention of evaluation has deviation;the evaluation content lack of attention to the learning process;evaluation personnel have no real participation; evaluation standard general rough;evaluation method is informal evaluation;the processing of evaluation results is simple;The effect of evaluation subjective feeling good,the children’s development condition is not clear.2.In the action stage,through the Work Sampling System in areas of scientific inquiry,chary the children development assessment implementation steps, to solve the specific problems in the process of implementation:(1) master the work sampling system principle and implementation framework;(2) revise the guidelines and checklist;(3) clear activity situation;(4) the division and cooperation of teachers;(5) the methods of collecting data;(6)the analysis strategy of evaluation;(7) change the evaluation focus;(8) for the evaluation of educational services.3.Through the action research,action group teacher get growth and transformation. The grades of the text in the end were significantly higher grades in the early; Through qualitative analysis found the teachers in the evaluation of the implementation of the attitude, focus, evaluation, teachers’ role, concept of education has a larger shift.
