The Effects Of Group Competitive Sports Game For High-grade Pupils On Their Mental Health

Researches show that the physical education can affect students’ mental health in a certain extent.With the comparison between two groups This study analsed the effect of the Competition Physical Game in two difference mode on older pupils’ metal healtb.The instructional mode of experimental group is Team Competition Physical Game,and the instructional mode of Control group is Personal Competition Physical Game. The experiment period is 12 weeks.By using the the Mental Health Test(MHT),Study tested the mental health level of two group’s students beofore the experiment,in the middle of the experiment,and after the experiment.The experimental result showed there were significant difference between experimental group and control group in dimensons of impulsiveness.So the effect of Team Competition Physical Game on older pupils was better than Personal Competition Physical Game in th dimensions.
