Objective:With the rapid development of economy, the increasingly complicated social life affects the people’s mental health. the problems of mental health had treated to people’s level of health and quality of life, pupils in mental health is not the most stable stage and we must through to the right way to guide, physical sports as a part of the education, the" body contact" of sports game for a semester of the experimental teaching, to pupil’s level of mental health of comparison and analysis of its influence on pupil’s mental health.Method:Through the literature material and collect a large number of related literature about psychology, sports and countermeasures; as the before and after the experiment measuring toll by the investigation method of the questionnaire, it involves eight dimensions:learning anxiety, anxiety, loneliness, the tendency of self-blame,sensitivity tendency, body symptom, terror tendency and impulsion. Complete the questionnaires issued by the researcher herself and record, four classes were distributed and170questionnaires were returned of170copies, recovery100%, of which165valid questionnaires and5invalid questionnaires, the valid questionnaire was97%of the total questionnaire, we could detected four and five grade pupils’ of the east city of Jinhua mental health condition; through the mathematical statistics to statistic the questionnaires; the experimental method is carried out in a week two lesson10minutes of body contact" the sports game.Results:Through investigation and analysis, Jinhua city east primary school four and five grades pupils mental health problems as follows:learning anxiety problems accounted for52.7%of the total number, self-blame tendencies accounted for23.1%of the total number, physical symptoms accounted for13.9%of the total number, sensitivity tendencies accounted for13.3%of the total number, terror tendencies accounted for10.3%of the total number. Different grades of mental health has no obvious difference, in terms of gender, female students learning anxiety average score more than8points than the boys there is no obvious difference between serious outside.Conclusion:"Body contact" the sports game is applied to the PE teaching, it is helpful to improve the level of pupils’ mental health. It can effectively regulate and improve the bad mood, promote their physical and mental development; to stimulate and promote the development of intelligence and ability, it is conducive to training students thinking ability; it overcome the learning and the life of the various difficulties, make students form the good will quality;strengthen interpersonal and communication skills, in order to students better adapt to society.
