Judo is a sport which is suitable for the wide development in primary and middle schools in our country,and has great development space and feasibility.Based on the current situation of judo in five primary and secondary schools in Haidian district of Beijing,this study investigated the current situation,teaching content,forms and influencing factors of judo teaching in primary and secondary schools in Haidian district,identified the existing problems in the development of judo courses in 5 primary and secondary schools in Haidian district,and put forward the corresponding development suggestions and strategies.The results of the study show that:There are 12-18 weekly judo classes in 5 primary and secondary schools in Haidian district.the frequency is 2-5 times per week,and each school time is between 90 and 120 minutes.the courses are arranged in the third,four classes and the first and second classes in the morning,taking the elective courses,compulsory courses,judo clubs and judo teams in the main form.the students' satisfaction with the weekly class arrangement,the time schedule and the form of courses in school judo is very high.In the judo curriculum of 5 schools in Haidian district,all secondary schools offer judo courses in the form of elective courses for students of only two to six grades.there is no uniform teaching material in the form of compulsory courses and school representatives,and the teaching content is determined by teachers themselves,including judo theory,basic skills in judo,judo skills and judo refereeing knowledge.teachers' judo teaching is combined with the theory and practice,and the examination of judo is only a technical examination,and judo teaching " heavy technology,light theory ".School leaders pay more attention to the development of judo courses,pay more attention to judo competition and Duan system test,the judo venues are better equipped,training auxiliary equipment is not enough,but do not affect the normal teaching and training needs,the teachers and students are unanimous in the school judo equipment satisfaction is higher.The school has a young,high education,technical level,high referee,and a more reasonable male and female proportion of the number of teachers,students of judo teachers of the attitude,judo teachers technical level,judo teachers evaluation is very high.The students like judo and judo very much,the attendance is very high,the mastery of judo technical movements is good,through the judo learning,students have been improved in different degrees in the judo etiquette,physical quality,defense skills,students relationship,self-confidence and spiritual needs.It is suggested that the construction of judo teachers should be strengthened and the number of judo teachers should be increased.Enriching the course of judo;Increase the input of funds and improve the training conditions of judo courses;Increasing the teaching of judo theory to deepen students' cognition of judo project;The development of a unified judo syllabus,teaching materials and assessment standards to promote the development of primary and secondary school judo in Haidian district.
