In the background of economic globalization and information technology rapid development,school education has received great impact and the characteristics of the students have also been a marked change,social education to the attention of a growing. For teachers,especially the teacher in charge of education and management put forward higher requirements. The teacher in charge is organizers,educators,and director of the class,is the specific implementer of school moral education work. A contingent of professional class teacher level, to the healthy growth of the children in the class play a direct role,will also indirectly affect the school level and sustainable development,the position and role of the class teacher in the school all the more remarkable. In response to the challenges of The Times,improve the effectiveness of education,the teacher in charge work must be progressing and developing in the direction of specialization.Using qualitative research method,this paper selected the two elementary school in Chongqing J primary school “outstanding class teacher”as the research object,,to many interviews and observation, description and reorganization of teaching practice and facts to analyze the research object of professional development.Based on the narrative approach,by describing two elementary school teacher in charge’s growth course,get along with students,the classroom teaching,and for class management,etc,to draw the outline of the head teacher professional development path. Induction initial confusion stage,from the teacher in charge of the induction medium for stage,late in mature stage to reveal the phases of teacher professional development, analyses the internal and external factors of teacher professional development,find methods to promote teacher professional development.
