Curriculum is the bridge to realize education purpose, is the way of talent cultivation. Sports education professional courses to achieve excellent sports teacher’s training goal, mode is the guarantee of necessary scientific and rational specialized course. This study USES a variety of research methods, the current our country the status quo of physical education major curriculum analysis found that the current physical education curriculum model is difficult to achieve the high quality, fine professional physical education teacher training. The reasons for this situation can be summarized as: 1. After college enrollment expansion, increased the non normal colleges and universities sports education professional, reduces the admission requirements for students majoring in physical education, led to a large number of poor students into the college sports foundation, caused the poor quality of physical education major students, more realistic. 2. The reform of higher education on the one hand, the training goal of professional sports from the original professional into a compound model; On the other hand, make the body teaching specialized courses and specialized courses total teaching hours hours had been cut, course gate number and theory school growing. Sports education professional students, therefore, facing the poor sports foundation, professional class hours less two-way extrusion, this is the main factor of the poor quality of physical education graduates. In cannot change enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, higher education reform, and so on big social environment, how to break through the restriction of limited time and space, to find out the suitable for sports education professional development curriculum pattern, thus to improve the level of sports skill for students majoring in physical education is the purpose of the focus of this study.In order to improve the level of sports skill for students majoring in physical education and sports related professional knowledge, teaching ability and quality, this study based on movement skill formation rule generalization, differentiation, and consolidate and improve the four stages, the single extended to after-school physical education class teaching in training and competition and application practice, form a complete physical education curriculum mode that "learning practicing competing using" sports curriculum theory. Therefore, this article mainly studied the following aspects: 1. The present situation of physical education, based on the 11 of more than one thousand colleges and universities from the questionnaire for students majoring in physical education, the understanding of the problems that exist in the physical education major in our country. 2. "learning practicing competing using" sports curriculum theory to explore, to "learning" "practicing" "competing" "using" made a preliminary definition of the concept of the four in the process of sports skill form their own content, function and mutual relationship, and in such aspects as the importance of physical education are expounded; 3.
