Objective:By tracking the value measured in the comprehensive evaluation of bone female college students, as well as lifestyle and diet survey on the status and influencing factors of female college students’ comprehensive evaluation value of bone, provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of effective measures to prevent osteoporosis. Methods: Using random sampling method, 317 health female college students in Shijiazhuang were investigated in this cross-sectional survey study from December 2013 to May 2014. The survey covered the general situation, height, weight and body mass index(BMI), age at menarche, sleep quality, exercise habit and so on. Ultrasonic bone density measuring device for measuring right heel conduction velocity and transmitting index, and calculated Osteosono-assessment index(OSI), and then to reflect the level of bone density.Results:①Body weight, BMI, quality of sleep, exercise habits were positively correlated with the values of osteosono-assessment index of female college students. Menarche age was negatively correlated with osteosono-assessment index.②Regular menstruation or not and the weight loss experience showed no effect on the values of osteosono-assessment index of female students. ③Although the results of the dietary survey shows, dairy products, fish, meat and other animal foods and fruits and vegetables and other food intake did not affect the value of bone assessment, but this result suggested that it is necessary to investigate the correlation between dietary nutrient intake and bone mineral density.Conclusion:Osteosono-assessment index is closely related with dietary nutrition and lifestyle. In order to prevent the low bone density and osteoporosis of young women, it is necessary to promote the education of health lifestyle and nutritionally balanced diet.
