With the rapid development of social economy and the demand for skilled person of intensity in market, the decision which our country offers to develop vocational education vigorously, and secondary vocational education in our country has been rapid development under the support of a series of national education on preferential policies. But the original teaching system with traditional disciplines type of vocational education cannot satisfy the social and market demand for skills training mode,some secondary schools appear the phenomenon of "difficult to recruit students and employ two sides". So around the "employment oriented" principle, how to strengthen the employment education of secondary vocational students, to train the students’ professional quality, to improve the employment quality is the important task for us---secondary vocational education workers.For educating the secondary vocational students’ career planning properly, let the students combine the needs of social and economic development, according to their own actual situation, set a right direction with objective, practical, an informative, and really measure specific career planning to help the students establish the correct concept of career, strengthen employment ability, finally form a positive professional attitude to develop students’ comprehensive professional quality and the quality of employment. But due to the career planning education of the secondary vocational school students in China starts late, still has not important enough, too little experience and inadequate knowing. therefore, in the process of carrying the career planning education discovers some problems: on the one hand is the less active participation of students, poor ideas of career goals, personal potential and planning ability; On the other hand is that the secondary vocational schools pay less attention, not to regard the career planning education as the core content. Therefor, not form a scientific, standardized and systematic education system; lack of pertinence and science for wild education content; result simple of teaching methods and the execution of rules; System and management are still a defect. etc. These problems have seriously affected the implementation of the career planning education effect.To solve these problems, I investigate the part of the secondary vocational schools and students in question in Xi’an and Hanzhong as advanced experience achieved by western countries of the career planning education, find out the root of these problems and reasons, and proposing the secondary vocational students in career planning education should follow the four principles; by establishing a strong core of organization, training professional teachers, forming a scientific teaching content to play a good career planning education implementation foundation; by starting career planning guidance on moral education, teaching, professional practice in three different ways of targeted through the process; In order to fully lift the enthusiasm of students, to make sure the study effect, we also can be used in a more vivid, more reality practical five kinds of education methods, curriculum intervention + teaching penetration type、simulation exercises、 practice experience、self-reflection + individual guidance、sample + partner collaborative、special counseling and group counseling type and etc,that is to say, it may produce the certain reality guiding sense for the current career planning of secondary vocational school education.
