The value pursuit of national education policy is based on fact pursuit and value pursuit, which is the logical starting point and the basic premise.China is a multi nationality country, the protection of human cultural diversity is the common expectation of human society.the analysis of bilingual education policy including the policy background and purpose,to summarize the bilingual education’s policy value pursuit at the national level, Guangxi level and individual level.That is, respecting and protecting ethnic minorities’s right to use their native language education; to promote educational equity, improve the quality of the national area education development level;making our country more and more richer,holding our ethic together;improving Ethnic minority areas’s Elementary education level and promoting the healthy and scientific development;driving Zhuang language culture’s inheritance, it is for Guangxi social development; to promote the harmonious development, to improve the individual ability of culture adaptation.The research is based on a lot of literature,the purpose is discussing the offset about Guangxi bilingual educational policy value.Investigation discovery, we can find that the Zhuang Students lack interest in Zhuang language learning, the textbook’s quality is not good.there are lots of difficulty about learning Zhuang language,such as the understand is offset of policy, Class time is not enough, the lack of teachers and so on.it is lead to the offset of Guangxi bilingual educational policy value.In order to solve this problems, we should comprehensive accurate understand bilingual policy, increase textbooks national culture, attention local cultural characteristics of the textbooks’s writing, increase the construction of the bilingual teachers and increase the input of funds, let everybody know the policy and take a positive active in it. |
