Education demands of preschool parents refers to that parents according to the ability to pay of their own time and space, the material and spiritual aspects for their children to accept the expectations of preschool education, manifested as demands and expectations to various aspects of preschool education. As the market economy developing, education demands of preschool parents lead the development of preschool education. From the perspective of parents demand, the study considers preschool education, and finds out the contents of parents’ demand and the influencing factors. The researcher analysis the existing problems and reasons, finally put forward some suggestions to meet the demands of parents and improve the quality of preschool education.Based on the collation and analysis of the survey on the education demands of preschool parents, we can find out that there are many problems on the education demands of parents and the education services of kindergarten. First of all, it is unreasonable for the education demands of parents, and this is mainly because that the parents are ignorant of the law of education and children’s physical and mental development, so that parents put forward high request to the kindergarten. Secondly, the kindergarten do not provides satisfied education services to parents. Thirdly, the kindergarten painstakingly meet unreasonable demands of parents resulted disordered preschool education. Above problems on kindergarten education service relate to their own ability and management idea of the kindergarten, also relate to the lack of supervision of the relevant government.In view of the above problems, the researchers believe that it is not only the responsibility of kindergarten, it should be the joint efforts of parents, kindergarten and society. We should rationally pay attention to preschool education with correct view of education and values, in order to establish a co operational win-win kindergarten education. Firstly, the government should be the guidance and the strong supporter to the development of satisfied kindergarten education, taking corresponding measures to regulate the behavior of the government and the kindergarten to insure the sustainable operation of the preschool education. For instance, strengthen legislation of preschool education to guarantee the standard development of preschool education, to improve the management system by pressingly implement the supervision function of government, scientifically planning the layout of kindergarten and reasonably distributed the resource of preschool education. Secondly, as the subject of education service, kindergartens should strength self construction and constantly improve the quality of service. For example, kindergartens should enhance teaching staff construction, exploit kindergarten resources based on respecting the children’ personality development, strengthen self construction of kindergarten with both the "hardware" and "software" development. Parents should actively participate in parents education to constantly improve education quality.
