Along with the first stage of preschool education "three year plan" the successful completion of phase second, "three year action plan" carried out smoothly, the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten like bamboo shoots after a spring rain as developed. In a certain period of time in the future, the rural primary school affiliated nursery will bear the responsibility for the rural preschool education popularization, the number of teachers into such kindergarten also gradually to increase. The core of preschool education popularization in rural areas is improving the quality of education, enhance the quality of education is the key to improve the level of teachers’ professional development. For the professional development of kindergarten teachers on such groups, this study adopts the method of case study, through specific interview, observation method, object collection to the kindergarten affiliated to rural primary school teachers professional idea and ethics, professional knowledge and professional ability were investigated, and the combination of theory and practice was discussed the influence factors of professional development on this basis, and promote their professional development strategies, with a view to a new perspective on the theory of teacher professional development related some contribution, and in practice to help develop more targeted training program, meet the teachers’professional development needs. At the same time, also provide a direction guidance for the professional development of kindergarten teachers in rural area primary school affiliated to the response of confusion and reflection, teacher encountered in the professional development.The study found that, in the professional idea and ethics, the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten teachers engaged in preschool education available from a variety of sources, different motives; on children’s understanding of emphasize the care; preschool education of understanding is closely related to its background; pay more attention to the basic training of the individual. In the aspect of professional knowledge, characteristics of rural primary school affiliated kindergarten teachers on an important policy and on the physical and mental development of children have a more solid understanding; basic understanding of kindergarten education professional in the field with the subject knowledge, the lack of knowledge of educational methods; the method for solving the children more single and lack of normative; has a unique understanding of cohesive knowledge; the need to improve the knowledge of natural science and modern information technology knowledge. In the professional ability, affiliated kindergarten teachers in rural primary school environment creation ability is weak; a day in the life of the time arrangement is flexible, but pay no attention from the garden and park life activities; the importance of game activities, but there are many problems in the practice process; educational activities organization learning orientation, single teaching method, the initiative of neglecting children; to evaluate infant general contents, method of random, tend to the end of follow-up evaluation, ignoring the instructions of the evaluation results; teacher child communication, colleague relationship, their cooperation issues outstanding; strong desire for professional development, reflective ability needs to be improved.Aiming at the affiliated kindergarten teachers in Primary School of rural areas, this study from the two aspects of individual environmental factors and organizational environment factors on the professional development of factor analysis. Personal and environmental factors into the family support and personal characteristics. The organizational environment factors into the school system, the principal and the principal’s leadership style, the relationship between the park home, professional support and government support. According to the results of the analysis put forward to promote village small affiliated kindergarten teachers professional development strategies, including promoting the teachers care and occupation adaptation; improve the ability of teachers professional development; to carry out various forms of professional activities to enhance the park; principal and business director professional accomplishment; increase financial teachers and training effect.
