In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to preschool education in rural areas.At the same time,the quality problems are gradually exposed,and the rapi d expansion of quantity.Among them,the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten education problem is most prominent.This research mainly uses the literature metho d,the questionnaire method,the interview method and so on,carries on the investigati on to the Yongde county countryside elementary school affiliated kindergarten educat ion quality teacher troop.It is found that the outstanding problems of teachers in affili ated kindergartens of rural primary schools in Yongde County,the number of teacher s is far less than the needs of the development of affiliated kindergartens in rural prim ary schools,and the quality of teachers of affiliated kindergartens in rural primary sch ools needs to be improved urgently.Rural primary school affiliated kindergarten teac hers are unstable and so on.Based on the attribution analysis of these problems,this s tudy holds that there are too many historical debts for the development of preschool e ducation in remote rural areas,the government does not bear the corresponding respo nsibility,and the dual economic system between urban and rural areas restricts the de velopment of rural early childhood education.There are macro reasons that constructi on of teachers in rural primary school affiliated kindergartens is not yet on the right tr ack.There are also some rural primary school affiliated kindergartens that have multi ple management and lack of specialized management departments.The staff system o f teachers is rigid,the starting point of teachers is low,and the microcosmic reasons a re lack of post-service training.Because of the underdevelopment of local economy a nd the influence of traditional culture,people do not attach importance to education a nd do not care about preschool education.Aim at these problems and their causes.Th is study holds that the construction of kindergarten teachers attached to rural primary schools in Yongde County should first do a good job in the education and training of t eachers at three different stages: pre-service,pre-service and post-service;secondly,e stablish a sound assessment and evaluation mechanism to enrich the content of teachersundefined evaluation.It is necessary to establish the evaluation guidance with the g oal of teacher development,combine quantitative evaluation with qualitative evaluati on,bring teacher self-evaluation into the evaluation system,and establish the evaluati on and supervision mechanism of teachersundefined process assessment.The top-leve l design should be carried out simultaneously to effectively build a contingent of kind ergarten teachers attached to rural primary schools with sufficient quantity and guaran teed quality to ensure the quality of preschool education in rural areas.
