The phenomenon of education "primary school" in kindergarten has existed in our country for a long time,which restricts the high quality development of education in our country.In recent years,the government and relevant departments have issued policies and documents many times that demanding the firm control of education "primary school" phenomenon in kindergartens.With the efforts of education authorities,some results have been achieved,but for rural primary school affiliated kindergartens,the results have been very little.Comb this study in kindergarten education "primary school",on the basis of relevant research literature in J county in GuiZhou province where three rural primary schools affiliated kindergarten as the research object,using interview method,observation method,physical method research methods to collect data such as collection,to the countryside elementary school affiliated kindergarten education objective,education content,education implementation and current situation of education evaluation,education management research,discover the existence of the problem of "primary school",analyzes its reason,put forward to improve the rural primary school affiliated kindergarten education "primaryschool" the status quo of countermeasures and Suggestions.Through the survey found that rural primary school affiliated kindergarten education "primary school" several main problems: on the teaching target,presents the fuzzy,advance,there is no specific set in preschool education in the development of the teaching goal,teaching all ages to achieve goals,the first dimension,goal setting is beyond the degree of preschool children's physical and mental development;In terms of teaching content,excessive emphasis on intellectual education,presentation of "overload",and the difficulty of teaching,teaching in language and mathematics as the main course,the class time and course work too much,far beyond the rules;On the teaching implementation,embodied in teaching methods ignore the " gamification","teacher-children relationship" ignore children's subjectivity,there is a deviation on the cultivation of the children "rule consciousness",follow the primary force,control,restriction,preaching training mode;On the teaching evaluation that embodied in the evaluation of teachers of young children"primary school" and the principal of the kindergarten teachers' evaluation standard "primary school",one-way evaluation,ignoring the education process and kindergartenteachers individual differences,whether the school will teach elementary knowledge as an evaluation standard of kindergarten teachers,only based on the completion of teaching task;In teaching management,activity process embodied in one day,present "primary school" and "environment" primary school ",in one day activity process of work and rest time basic and elementary schools,creation of indoor environment is given priority to with teachers create,classroom layout is seedbed type,outdoor facilities is given priority to with text,no toys.The reasons for the current status of education "primary school" in rural primary school affiliated kindergartens are:government departments,kindergarten management,kindergarten teachers,parents and other factors.According to the main problems and cause analysis of elementary school affiliated kindergarten,the following countermeasures are put forward:using policy lever to leverage resource investment;Optimize the training of teachers,and strengthen the employment of education;Improve the management mode and improve the supervision system;Strengthen public opinion guidance,transform education concept.
