Teacher is the classroom instruction doers who decide the teaching effect. However the teacher makes what behavior in teaching, which is affected by the teaching idea. The idea is forerunner of behavior, to enable teachers to train students meet with the demand of talents, to cultivate talents who meet the social demands,first of all must face up to the teacher’s teaching idea, only with the times demand ideas effects of practical teaching. Chinese is a basic subject in China, Chinese learning is the foundation of our country people to learn other knowledge, people’s clothing, food, shelter and other aspects are depend on Chinese knowledge and Chinese accomplishment. In the survival and development of Chinese teachers’ teaching to the students,teachers play a decisive role. Therefore, Chinese teachers must constantly update and develop their teaching concepts, to guide and generate lasting and effective teaching behavior, efficient completion of the goal of the Chinese teaching. This paper from the theory of Chinese teachers’ teaching concept is clarified, and then through the empirical research to understand the present situation of Chinese teachers’ teaching concept, further analyzes the problems and influencing factors of its existence, and tries to seek the effective way of Chinese teachers’ teaching idea renewal and transformation.This dissertation consists of introduction and three partsThe introduction mainly expounds the reason of the topic, research status at home and abroad, the research significance, research ideas and methods.The first part to phenomenography concept based interpretation of the formation of teachers’ teaching ideas, and on this basis, the definition of related concepts. Then the nature of the Chinese subject itself has summed up the characteristics of Chinese teachers’ teaching concept, And the expression of language communication tool; People to people, people of the emotional communication; Aesthetic influences the mind; Open and vigorous life. One by one interpretation of essential factors, teachers and students of state should be followed to Chinese teachers teaching outlook from the learning and teaching of the role, teaching objectives, teaching contents and teaching methods etc. Finally expounded the language teaching concept of important significance to the teaching of chinese.The second part is mainly of many influence factors on the subject of Chinese teachers’ teaching concept and summarized, mainly from the two aspects of subjective factors and objective factors described. The subjective factors include teachers’ personal experience, occupation ideal and personality characteristics, the objective factors mainly include the school culture, material benefits and teacher evaluation system.The third part is the main part of this paper, understand the current situation of Chinese teachers’ teaching concept and the main existing problems through the questionnaire method and interview method. Through the questionnaire survey, the vast number of teachers in the teaching and learning of the nature, role, teachers and students of teaching content, teaching methods and other views and attitudes and the new curriculum reform advocates the education teaching idea is generally consistent, but in the practical teaching is the emergence of "wear new shoe to take old road" phenomenon, There are also part of the teachers’ understanding of the teaching idea of new course deviation, and make the teaching effect has not reached the expected target. To sum up, the main problems are:teaching content is knowledge centered, teaching methods based on teaching, students’ subjectivity has not been fully reflected, "Pan humanism" phenomenon, "Chinese course isn’t a political lesson" formalism and so on. Then these problems attributed to analysis, the main influencing factors are:Teachers’ personal intelligence, ability and level of effort; quality of students; school culture; examination system; family factors.The fourth part provides several suggestions on the formation and transformation of Chinese teachers’ teaching concept:the Chinese teachers kept growing and development, the reform of school teaching management system and perfect, the right of parents to guide the education idea.
