In recent years, with the publication of a variety of the Report of Students’Physical Quality in Primary and Middle Schools, the physical quality of the primary and middle school has became an important subject for social attention. And the related sports education has showed its importance among other education of the all around development of moral, intellectual.physical, aesthetic and labor education. This paper discusses our country’s full-time school students sports contents as well as the problems from the perspective of rights.This paper starts from the analysis of the connotation of the students sports right, discussing the realistic property of the sports right of the primary and middle school students,teasing the idealistic feature of the sports right. And on this basis, this paper further forms the framework for the analysis of students’sports right. According to the framework, the case in Yuzhou city, Henan province, the chief content of the sports right of primary and middle school students and the present situation,finally, aiming at the status quo, this paper will gradually put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Such conclusions can be drawn from this project that though physical education is attached a certain degree of importance, such problems need to be addressed as limited availability to physical education, unguaranteed availability to physical fatalities, low acceptance of physical evaluation and unclear physical rights remedies. Based on this, I would like to make following proposals. First, we shall further improve legislative protection for students’physical education rights. Second, strengthen legislation on students’physical education rights to enhance legal system of protection for students’ physical education rights. Third, intensify supervision on students’physical education rights and form the administration accountability system to fully safeguard students’ physical education rights by law. Fourth, develop physical rights remedies system to ensure students’physical education rights. Fifth, relevant departments at all levels should focus more on physical education by means of increasing investment on school physical education and perfect facilities concerned.
