The Application of Modern Educational Technology in the weak schools of Border Ethnic Areas, is based on information technology projects. Step by step "Rural Distance Education Project", "thin reform plan" and "two-way platform" and other projects, and promote the development of border ethnic areas weak schools to some extent.
