Psychological well-being based on positive psychology,exploring the development of individual self potential and the embodiment of Internal value,paying more attention on how people feel about themselves,which is a developmental view.The secondary vocational students are in the second growth period,in which period the mental development is slower than the body growth,there will be internal faults.And they will meet various challenges in their growth,like:Academic pressure;Employment status;Contact with others and so on.These challenges will cause secondary vocational students to have some emotional and psychological problems,and affecting the healthy growth and development of secondary vocational students.In order to provide the secondary students with useful advice,this study uses Psychological well-being scale and Adolescent emotional adjustment ability questionnaire to measurement of secondary vocational school students at Huaibei Technical College,exploring the status quo of psychological well-being and mood adjustment ability of secondary vocational students,and the relationship between them.Study 2 is based on Study 1,divide two homogenous classes into experimental and control groups,there are 24 people in each group.Using the self-educated emotion regulation group counseling course to intervene in the experimental group to examine the effects of emotional adjustment on psychological well-being.Consequences of the research:(1)There is no significant difference in whether the psychological well-being is only child and grade.Whether there are differences in gender,whether there is a stay-at-home experience,whether there are cadres,or where the family is located.Emotional regulation ability did not show significant difference in gender and whether it was only child.In terms of grade,whether there is a stay-at-home experience,whether or not the cadre,the location of the family have different degrees of difference.(2)There is a significant positive correlation between psychological well-being and emotional regulation ability of secondary vocational students.In addition to the emotional perception and autonomy dimension,the life goal dimension does not show significant correlation and emotional evaluation and autonomy dimensions do not show significant correlation,significant positive correlations were observed for all other dimensions.The emotional regulation ability of this study designed to provide better results for group counseling courses(3)This research design emotional adjustment group counselling courses have good results.The psychological well-being of the experimental group was significantly improved.
