The flipped classroom is a new model of instruction, which is based on Internet and concerned by more and more researchers at home and abroad. Since the Industrial Revolution, human has faced a new turn which is the Information Revolution. As the education is a foundation of human development, the instructions on Internet have emerged. The flipped classroom flips the process of instruction and learning by technology and changes the traditional model of instruction. This study aims to research video design and the effect of the flipped classroom.The study chooses two ordinary classes in the same key school in Shanghai. The flipped class is introduced and applied in one class and the other was not. First, design and code of the videos in the classroom. It states that video needs to control the time, types of technology, appearance and sound, scene design, knowledge structure, types of courses. Second, conduct the Student Perception of Instruction Questionnaire and tests and exam the effects on student engagement and score, compared to students enrolled in the traditional course. And they found that students are more passively engaged in the classroom and better use in technology. But there is no shape difference on the score between the two groups of the students.The flipped classroom has a positive effect on students’learning. However, not only the technology but also the evaluation method remains to be further perfected.
