Since reform and opening, with the rapid economic and social development and the "gender equality" implementation of the policy, a large number of women have invested in our country’s economic development and social construction tide, firmly propped up the Chinese miracle "half the sky." Highly educated, highly skilled, high-quality as the representative of Chinese professional knowledge of women, not only in economic strengthening personality gained independence self-esteem, but also in the cultural level have gained significantly improve effectively promote employment and entrepreneurial skills enhancement, so as to their subsequent development provides a good foundation and solid guarantee. With China’s industrialization and the gradual process of information and the development of methods to accelerate the strategic transformation and economic structure optimization and upgrading of the accelerating pace of people’s lives, competitive atmosphere unprecedentedly high, work pressure increasing, especially in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai’s modern international metropolis, some professional knowledge of women working hours per day for up to 11 hours. Research stressed that a long period of high load, high-strength and high-pressure work state of knowledge on modern career women’s mental and physical health are is very unfavorable. At present, China is still a certain extent, there is gender bias and discrimination in employment, coupled with innate natural reaction women face and ways to cope with stress and clear scientific and other reasons, resulting some professional knowledge of women physically and mentally fatigued. This article is based on the historical background to our professional knowledge to enhance women’s psychological capital for the study, to explore Chinese professional knowledge to enhance women’s psychological capital optimization strategies and path selection.To enhance the scientific nature of this study, systematic and countermeasures designed operability, this paper studies adhere to ask questions, analyze and solve problems, " three-step" paradigm, the integrated use of human resources management, psychology, organizational behavior, statistics and econometrics research methods, focusing on theoretical analysis and empirical research closely, qualitative analysis and quantitative study of the organic unity, problem analysis and countermeasures designed research logic, drawing, analysis and comparative basis puts forward on our professional knowledge to enhance women’s psychological capital optimization measures. In the choice of research methods, this paper will mainly literature analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis of three kinds of research methods, in terms of overall paper mainly consists of six parts. The first part is an introduction, it is the premise of this study. The second part is the psychological theory of capital review, it is the theoretical basis of this study. The third part is the professional knowledge of women survey and interview analysis, it is the starting point for this research. The fourth part is the professional knowledge of women’s psychological status and problem analysis of capital, it is the focus of this study. The fifth part is our professional knowledge to enhance the quality of women’s psychological capital optimization measures, it is the result of this paper. Part VI is the conclusion that it is this research summary. This research has important theoretical innovation and practical guiding significance, one conducive to China’s capital to enhance the professional knowledge of female psychology research paradigm innovation; Second, it helps our professional knowledge of women with a higher quality of psychological capital to better jobs, employment or entrepreneurship; Thirdly, it is conducive to China’s human resource management innovation and core competencies to build.
