This study starting with the application of strength training in the field of mental health, concerning on high school students’learning life influence greater self-efficacy. By using the method of literature, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics method, experimental method and so on to explore the influence of female students’ Self-efficacy Sense in total of 16 weeks(2 times a week) of moderate intensity strength training, provide empirical research to improve and enhance the mental health of young people.The results of the study:1. After 16 weeks of intervention experiment, subjects of experimental group drape lift leg, push ups index was increased significantly (P<0.01), sit ups, standing long jump increased indicators significantly (P<0.05). The control subjects, drape lift leg, push ups, sit ups, standing long jump targets in the experiment had no significant difference (P>0.05).2. The experimental group of push-ups, sit-ups, standing long jump and general self-efficacy exist positive correlation (r>0.3,P<0.05), the standing long jump and general self-efficacy is moderate (0.4<r<0.7, P<0.5), push-ups and sit-ups is low (<0.3 r<0.4, P<0.5).The control of power quality three indexes had no significant correlation between general self-efficacy and (r<0.3).The experimental group and control group power quality index and academic self-efficacy have no relationship.3. Compared beside in the two group, the general self-efficacy changes has a significant difference (P< 0.01), while the control group had no significant difference (P> 0.05). In the change of general self-efficacy between experimental group and control group is significant difference (P<0.05).4. Compared beside in the two group,the Sense of academic Self-efficacy presence significant differences (P<0.05), control group has no significant difference (P>0.05), the Sense of academic Self-efficacy presence between experimental group and control group do not exist significant difference (P>0.05).The conclusions of the research:1. Two times of 15-20 minutes of moderate intensity strength training for two weeks can able to improve high school girls Trailer lift a leg, push ups, sit ups, standing long jump project grades improve, is good for the development of the power quality.2. Strength quality and General Self-efficacy Sense showed significant positive correlation, but the degree of correlation is not high, where the lower limb explosive force has moderate correlation of general self-efficacy sense, the strength of upper limbs and trunk strength has low correlation of general self-efficacy sense. The result shows that strengthening in physical education can improve the general self-efficacy of the senior high school students, and also improve the influence of the power intervention to students’ self-efficacy.3. Power quality and Academic Self-efficacy Sense without significant correlation, but still have positive effect to promote the students academic self-efficacy, the senior high school student’s academic self-efficacy changes may as a result of the influence of power quality on intermediary variables indirectly.
