Basketball is a very popular sporting event.The wonderfully strong confrontational situation in the basketball game and the war strategy are even more compelling.How athletes play a good tactic while playing a strong confrontation is critical,which requires basketball players to have good physical fitness.Therefore,effective and targeted physical training is very important.At this stage,scholars in related fields at home and abroad have invested heavily in research on raising the core strength of athletes.At the beginning,most of the core strengths proposed by some scholars appeared in fitness and rehabilitation training,and gradually extended to physical activities.After many experts have explored the full range of perspectives of the trunk muscles,the phrase “core stability” has emerged and is widely used.Recognition has gradually become more important in China.In basketball,core strength training can strengthen the core muscles of the target,improve their ability to control the body,protect the athletes from exerting force,and increase athletes' coordination and flexibility.The subject of this experiment was 20 male basketball specialties of experimental high school in Jilin Province,divided into 2 groups to perform 8 weeks of core strength training and routine physical fitness training,and compare and analyze the specific physical fitness(including cardiopulmonary function and muscle strength)before and after training.,speed,strength,endurance,agility and flexibility qualities)change.In this paper,by consulting relevant literature,interviewing experts and scholars,and carrying out survey questionnaires and experimental statistics,this paper uses statistical analysis to analyze the changes in relevant indicators,and further reveals the advantages and necessity of core strength training in special physical training for high school basketball special longevity students..The results showed that the training effect of core strength training on specialphysical fitness was significantly higher than that of conventional physical training,and the strength,endurance,agility,and flexibility of the ability increased significantly.Athletes performed very well in bouncing,squat,reentry,and seat flexion.outstanding.
