| Physical education in high school tends to use traditional teaching mode,too muchemphasis on physical training for teaching through repetition of a single action,andteaching effect is not ideal.Innovation of methods and means of core strength training isthe main content of scientific training in Physical Education.Core strength training is notonly applicable to high-level athletes,but also for high school physical education,whichpromote the development of revolution for methods of physical education.Through Usingliterature,questionnaires,expert interviews,experiments and mathematical statistics,thispaper analyzes the influence to the quality of core strength training on screening action ofphysical function actions in general high school students in order to provide certaininformation and reference for improving all kinds of physical competent and completinghighly a variety of actions in physical education of high school.The results show that:(1)Before the experiment,the control group and theexperimental group subjects in the results of standing long jump,50m fast run,10×50mshuttle run, back throwing the solid ball and the quality of completion of the mass of eachphysical function movements are not statistically significant difference in meaning,andbasically at the same starting line.(2)After the experiment,the experimental group and control group subjects on the results ofphysical competent are improved in varying degrees.With regard to standing long jump,50m rapid run,and back throwing the solid ball,the both have significant differences. Thecontrol group after the traditional strength training,it is most obvious that standing longjump is improved,while the experimental group by12weeks core strength training,subjectsare upgrading the sharpest in terms of scores of standing long jump and back throwing thesolid ball,and it impacts obviously on performance of10×50m shuttle run.In the fourtests,the biggest different scores on standing long jump between the experimental groupand control group subjects.It is large apparently in different scores between50m run fastand back throwing the solid ball.(3)After the experiment,control group is improved their performance with respect to thecontrol body front support and squats,which increases the magnitude of0.6points ormore,the symmetry actions of subjects in physical functional actions has produced positiveeffects by traditional strength training.Squats and flexibility of shoulder are enhanced at agreater degree,the range of about0.9points,and the effect is more obvious.While the otherfive functional action has also been a corresponding improvement in margin of increase,although squat and shoulder flexibility not so obvious,compared to the control group,theimproving effect is largely apparent. (4)The control group and experimental group has a very statistically significant differenceabout the index of active straight leg elevation,hurdle frame,straight lunge squats,shoulderflexibility,swivel stability has also significant differences.Rather,squat and stoop holdcontrol body has no significant difference.Before and after the experiment,the controlgroup on quality of completion of the squats and controlling body front support areimproved at a big margin.while the other five body functional movements has been slightlyimproved, it is not obvious to improve.The improvement of squat is the fastest amongthem.Secondly,active straight leg elevation,jumping frame,which are improved in the rangeof about80%.The quality of straight lunge squats, shoulder flexibility, controlling bodyfront support and swivel stability has also been increased respectively.simply in terms ofgrowth,the squat and controlling body front support in the experimental and control groupshave the same effect.Rather,the two groups have significantly different effects in other fivemovements. |
