Different grades, gender, students, entrance to play level undergraduates in learning burnout performance are also different. Through the tourism management undergraduate learning burnout influencing factors were analyzed, the student individual, family, School of software and hardware facilities and social aspects are generated a certain impact.In questionnaire based, according to tourism management undergraduate learning burnout, and factors affecting the characteristics, some measures are put forward and prevent the occurrence of learning burnout, has been produced for the students learning burnout, timely control, in order to through various interventions, ease the tourism management undergraduate learning burnout, transportation for the state of high-quality tourism professionals.
