After the reform and opening up, China’s higher education the development by leaps and bounds, with the continuous expansion of the scale of higher education, more and more students can enjoy education resources, but the students in school performance is not satisfactory, many students not to focus on learning, attitude is not serious and even emotional burnout. At present, learning burnout in university already no longer unfamiliar, this also caused the attention of society and many researchers. The life of college students is in a critical period, with tourism management undergraduates if learning burnout phenomenon, not only affects their physical and mental health, and even affect the colleges to national transportation quality tourism talents. Therefore, this paper will be to undergraduate students majoring in tourism management as the research object, trying to explore the learning burnout and its influencing factors, and the corresponding intervention measures put forward.This study mainly through questionnaire investigation, reference Yang Lixian "College Students’ Learning Burnout Questionnaire, self," the Tourism Management Undergraduate Learning Burnout Questionnaire "and" Tourism Management Undergraduate Learning Burnout factors questionnaire ". According to the dimension of the previous questionnaire, Learning Burnout Questionnaire set three dimensions, respectively is: learning pressure dimension, learning state dimension, learning response dimensions. Will influence factors is set to four dimensions, by reliability and validity test, with good reliability and validity. Different grades, gender, students, entrance to play level undergraduates in learning burnout performance are also different. Through the tourism management undergraduate learning burnout influencing factors were analyzed, the student individual, family, School of software and hardware facilities and social aspects are generated a certain impact.In questionnaire based, according to tourism management undergraduate learning burnout, and factors affecting the characteristics, some measures are put forward and prevent the occurrence of learning burnout, has been produced for the students learning burnout, timely control, in order to through various interventions, ease the tourism management undergraduate learning burnout, transportation for the state of high-quality tourism professionals.
