| It is a main job for kindergarten teachers in small classes to alleviate or solve children admission anxiety such as crying,eating and interpersonal difficulties when they started kindergarten with new living conditions. This paper mainly adopts the literature method, observation method, questionnaires method, and interview method for study. This article does empirical research on children admission anxiety from the teacher`s perspective, and to illustrate anxiety performance and causes from the perspective of teacher education based on the facts, and put forward the relevant strategy on the basic of the problems and its causes.Studies has shown that, the performance of children admission anxiety includes: going to kindergarten difficult in the morning, eating breakfast difficult, interpersonal communication difficult, having not much involvement in group activities, don’t thinking highly of the kindergarten and so on. The influence factors of anxiety in the kindergarten include: family, kindergarten, and teachers factors. This paper analyzes the cause of admission anxiety form the perspective of the teachers, and give some relevant strategy to solve these problems, including improving teacher`s skill of relieving children admission anxiety, and enhancing teacher`s understanding of children admission anxiety. |
