Early childhood admission adaptation is one of the most common problems in early childhood education practice.For a long time,many experts and scholars at home and abroad have studied it from different perspectives,and tried to solve the problem of new children's admission discomfort from different aspects,including adopting appropriate education strategies from the perspective of early childhood teachers.From the parents of children to do a good job in the preparation for kindergarten,from the community to do a good job in the community early education work.In recent years,researchers have begun to explore new ways to improve children's adaptability to kindergarten,namely gradient adaptation mode.Based on the practice in kindergartens,this study explores the research on how gradient adaptation mode can improve children's adaptability to kindergarten at the age of 2-3.Children's kindergarten adaptation is one of the most common problems in children's education practice.In this study,after two years of design and modification,five education experts,three principal teachers and six front-line teachers worked out the scheme of gradient adaptation mode to improve children's kindergarten adaptability,and explored the children's kindergarten adaptation under the gradient adaptation mode.through the method of experimental education,a kindergarten class as experimental object,in shenyang implements gradient adaptive scheme for the experimental group,control group without any intervention,through the children's adaptive behavior scale test using the gradient to adapt to the mode of class and no use gradient to adapt to the mode of the specific conditions of the class of young children into the park adaptability,compare the differences of children in adaptability.In this way,the effectiveness of gradient adaptation model in improving the kindergarten adaptation of children aged 2 to 3 years was further analyzed,and finally,education Suggestions were put forward.this study aims to improve the adaptability of newly enrolled children and promote the integration of preschool education,providing an example for early education in kindergartens.the results are as follows:(1)the gradient adaptive mode can improve the level of children's adaptability inkindergarten.(2)there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the improvement of children's adaptability to kindergarten,among which,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in social ability,and there was no significant difference in autonomy,positive emotion,altruistic behavior,and work and rest adaptation.(3)there is no gender difference in the adaptability of children aged 2-3 years.
