In the today of advocating boosting all-round quality education, learning disability of junior middle school student gradually become a hot topic of people. Learning disability students are as a part of the student body, self development is their right, is the embodiment of the education fairness and the "people-oriented" education idea. Academic achievements is not only Causing distress to the individual students and their families.and have had a great impact to schools and society. Learning behavior of junior middle school students with academic achievements, cognitive and psychological characteristics is what? What is the factors influencing their academic achievements? Case work is how to step in junior middle school students academic achievements in the study to answer the question.This study in Lanzhou chengguan W a class the middle school students as the research object Through in-depth interviews, observation, case study method to obtain the empirical material, and through the literature search for relevant literature, understand the characteristics of the junior middle school students academic achievements in the system, using different theories as guidance in different stage, further discusses the reasons of the junior middle school students academic achievements, and the typical case of professional case involved in analysis, to explore a kind of case work intervention path to solve the problem of junior middle school students academic achievements. Through the study, the authors found that:(1) the poor academic learning, cognitive and psychological characteristics of junior high school students has certain particularity;(2) the poor academic influence factors of junior middle school students can explore from individuals, families, schools and three respects;(3) through case work on academic achievements of junior middle school students in analysis found that from the case of the level to provide targeted services for junior middle school students academic achievements, can help them to explore their own potential, can effectively improve the degree of their academic achievements.
