Social capital is rooted in the social relationships, individual acquires the relevant resources from social relations and treat them as the social capital to choosethe direction ofsocial mobility in a freedom style. This is the majority of people’s development path in modern society’s. Compared to mainstream society, Huangjiacun is very special. It is still in a closed, conservative, backward and poor state to Engaged in the agricultural production life. This place is full of Mountains and ravines, drought,The surface of the land is verypoor, villages living in hilly and gully, their living conditions are very difficult,. There are 148 family, per capita income is 1,650 yuan in 2013,80% of households in the village belong to the family left behind, young men need to work to increase family income in the slackt. The huangjiacun’s Villagers incommunity are belief in Muslim, they are pay more attention to informal educational. but it’s very difficult for them to accept for a formal modern school education. this idea their concept of education. So they have a limited interactive with other nations and influence the growth trajectory of rural children left behind, these children have a poor academic performance, low study interest, high primary school drop-out rate. Most children in this area have a early marriage based on their history. They are engaged about 14 years old, married about 18 years, then they will continue to engage in agricultural production, maybe some of them will get out there to find a job. due to their low educational level, they are working on the bottom of the labor force and still live in the poor condition.This essay is based on the Huangjiacun rural children who are left behind,it depends on the "blame the victim" and "blame the system"double poverty attribution theory, to make the "left-behind children in rural areas"and other people to change the living conditions of the rural children who are left behind. This article attempts to give the deep concern and deep understanding to the path of the rural children’s social capital construction. The author focus on the daily life of the rural children left behind, change the problem viewpoint to the advantage viewpoint, and to excavate deeply to the Huangjiacun rural community and children left behind resources, to guide the children and their parents to discover the resources by the action study. Through the interaction with others in the society, we can get the social capital.we can be free to choose the level of the suppression or vertical social mobility mode. Through this research, we could come to the following conclusions:(1) After the intervention of social work projects, social workers participate in the rural left-behind children’s daily study and life, to guide them and their parents to explore the social resources which have relations with them. According to individuals-family social capital, Social capital group, institutional building social capital to construct the social capital ofruralleft-behindchildren, forming a social networks about left-behind children in rural, it is contributing to the construction of rural left-behind children’s social capital.(2) The construction of social capital about rural left-behind children not only can help the children to cultivate their interests in learning and improve their school record, to improve parents’ concepts of education, but also can increase the choices of choosing social mobility of capital freely. At last, achieve their life and growth change in a positive way.(3) In this study, researchers are those people who are participating in the social work. Through action research with rural children left behind to build their social capital. It can respond to the needs of rural children left behind more effectively and achieve better effect of the service.
