The Research On Teacher Troops’ Management

In the environment of essential-qualities-oriented schooling, the qualities-oriented education of students is closely related to the teachers management. In fact, the teachers management has been the focus of the school’s management and also an important part of education management. The success of teachers management will directly affect the quality and social reputation of school. With the introduction of the concept of human resource management, people come to realize that person is the most important elements of the management activities. Therefore, the teachers management has changed from personnel management to human resources management. At this stage, human resource management of teachers is one of the important factors of the development of education.In this study, the teachers of Dalian Development Zone X Senior High School were selected as the research object. And the research about the structure of teacher’s team, authorized strength, working attitude, professional ethics, capability, training, and evaluation, respectively, have been carried out by the way of questionnaire survey and interviews of teachers. The existing problems of teachers management at the present stage are also analyzed, and appropriate solutions are also proposed for the issue according to the advanced management mode of teachers of home and abroad. Thus the suggestion is proposed for forming a scientific system of teacher development, creating a harmonious campus culture, making a contribution on the construction of X Senior High School. And the suggestion also provides reference for the construction of the high school teachers’team in the region.This research is composed of five parts. We analyzed the status of foreign teachers management through literature, and explained the connotation and significance of teachers management, and introduced the main contents and technical route of this research in the first part. The second part is about the present situation research of the teachers management of Dalian Development Zone X Senior High School. In the third part, we analyzed the existing problems and reasons of teachers management of Dalian Development Zone X Senior High School. By the existing problems of the teachers management of Dalian Development Zone X Senior High School, the strategy of teachers management is constituted in the fourth part. Finally, according to the study, some countermeasures and suggestions are presented to improve high school teachers management in this area.
