The Investigation On Basic Education Management Present Situation Of Dalian Free Trade Zone

Nowadays,basic education playsa fundamental and comprehensive rolein the construction of harmonious socialist society.Attaching importance to the development of basic education is the most effective way to solve the currenthot issues such likeeconomic development,improvement of national quality and shortage of talents.It is also an important way to transform China's huge population pressure into a high-quality and high-level human resource advantage.And it is the cornerstone of ensuring the harmonious and stable development of society.Therefore,expect politics,economic,medical treatment,livelihood and other basic conditions,more attention should be paid to the basic education.These are not onlythe responsibility of local education authorities,but also the responsibility of the whole society.After receiving Ershilipu residential district and Liangjiadian residential district in 2009,Dalian Free Trade Zone had the social function and basic education.With the improvement of education policies and institutions,the basic education in Dalian Free Trade Zone has also made considerable progress.However,compared with the developed areas and surrounding counties,the level of basic education in Dalian Free Trade Zone is still droped behind,and it also has a lot of problems such like the imperfection of management mechanism,the imbalance of educational resources,the wastage and low quality of students,the deficiency of faculty and the instability of teachers.The existence of these problems has seriously hampered the development of basic education in Dalian Free Trade Zone,and has become an urgent problem that need to be solved.Firstly,this paper uses the methods of interview and questionnaire to investigate on current situation of basic education management in Dalian Free Trade Zone,and to obtain the fundamental state of it,such as the status of basic education resources,the satisfaction of the basic education administrative,the management institutions and related policy systems,the basic situation of basic education practitioners and the achievements of basic education management in Dalian Free Trade Zone and so on.Secondly,by analyzing the survey data,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the current situation of basic education management in Dalian Free Trade Zone and summarizes the problems at this stage,and analyzes the causes of these problems.Finally,based on analysis of the problems and causes found in current basic education management in Dalian Free Trade Zone,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the basic education management from aspects of establishing and improving the evaluation mechanism of basic education development,emphasizing on the construction of teachers,promoting sustainable development of basic education,improving basic education environment,providing a material basis for the development of basic education,strengthening the self construction of educational administration departments,giving full play to the initiative of the sub-district offices,formulating a reasonable performance appraisal plan and improving the management institution.In order to provide reference for the development of basic education in Dalian Free Trade Zone.
