Development Zone, Dalian Primary School Teacher Burnout Research

Content:More and more research showed us that teaching is one of the most stressful careers in the world. If teacher can't handle the working stress accordingly, job burnout will be occurred accordingly. And this will stop teachers from both careers development point of view and also their personal feeling. Thence, looking into the reasons that caused job burnout, seek for the way to reduce the opportunity has a significant meaning.This research is base on the study of currently status of teacher occupation in primary school in Dalian development area, the author go through the key research about teachers' occupational tiredness, and also via questionnaire survey to discuss currently status of teacher occupation in primary school in Dalian development area, analyst the root cause of teachers' occupational tiredness caused stress and bring out the action plan to solve this issue. This research could be bring back to the teaching group, discuss with teachers that in front line, bring the theory back into practice level, in hence fulfill the theory.This paper contains SIX major parts:First, raise the question. The author base on the paper research brings out the topic with detail information.Second, general review. The author summarized and reviewed the teaching burnout theory, acting, reasons and how to measure it.Third, study methods. The author use different methods such as literature retrieval,questionnaire survey,indepth interview. Literature retrieval. This investigation locked the studied objects in the primary schools and selected 120 teachers to answer the questionnaires. In order to analyze more deeply,3-5 teachers were picked out in different age stages to be interviewed.Fourth, analysis. The reach result showed us, over all teacher occupation in primary school in Dalian development area is not serious, but we do see certain risk of tired feeling. The Tired feeling is affect by:agenda, education background, position, mange status.Fifth, the author provide some suggestion about teachers' occupational tiredness, including self adjustor by teacher themselves, improve the education environment.Last but not least, conclusion.
