Contemporary college students is the comprehensive construction well-off society and realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation \ "Chinese dream\" is an important force. Their physical and mental health is related to the future of our motherland and nation, the overall quality improvement. But now the problems with different levels of college students’ mental health, all kinds of pressure from the social environment to make college students mental health, tops the list. Specific performance for negative attitude towards life; No accurate positioning for the future; The lack of ability to withstand setbacks; Lack of an ability to live alone. Also in some college students towards the society lack of competition consciousness and crisis consciousness, lack of courage and confidence to confront the difficulties and problems such as dependence on family too.Performance major(sports performance direction) college students lively open and bright, accept ability and adaptiveness, they, for example, further study of yoga to ease the performance major(sports performance direction) the role of college students’ psychological pressure, through the scientific system of measurement and evaluation system, the valid certification yoga exercise can ease the performance major(sports performance direction) of college students’ psychological pressure, not only can make the performance major(sports performance direction) students in the future to learn more with yoga teaching and training, can also actively provide reference for a wider range of reduced pressure.Through research can provide empirical data for college students stress, make college students have a reference to choose the suitable sports exercise, cultivate their strong, optimistic, self-confident, positive attitude, good state of mind to build up healthy, can according to the relevant data to set up the suitable for college students of yoga teaching course system, in order to make college students have a healthy body and mind, have a positive attitude, strong quality and healthy personality of shaping and improve the overall quality to lay a solid foundation.Literature material law, questionnaire survey method, experimental method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, the jilin institute of sport performance major(sports performance direction) aerobics in grade 2012 and 2013, sports dance, gymnastics(including rhythmic gymnastics) professional 36 students for eight weeks of yoga teaching experiment.
