Examination is a way to assess students’ knowledge and academic achievements. It is the means to examine students’ actual professional level and an important way to promote students’ learning motivation and teachers’ teaching quality. Correct examinations can mobilize students’ initiation, enthusiasm and learning attitude. All along, develop students’ sense of innovative and ability to help them develop good study habits during self-directed learning; all of these are the important purpose of Professional Courses Examination. With the rapid development of computer makes modern teaching methods growing diversity. Traditional examination cannot fully apply to examination, especially some professional courses and even cause a limit to student development. To make the exam adapted to modern education, making examination more objectivity, impartiality, and stimulating students’ interest in learning. It is very important to explore ways of Professional courses Examination Reform and establish a comprehensive evaluation method.Through in-depth investigation of the traditional examination method, analysis of the traditional examination method has some the disadvantages. Such as the single form, unreasonable time arrangement, a course a volume which make the answer strong consistency and so on. Especially the strong concordance of subjective answers to a handful of candidates with non-normal means to pass the exam and get a high score, resulting in this part of the students’ learning psychology and examination mental deformity, also affected the other students. This is the examination unfair phenomenon. Combining with computer software, information with the actual conditions of professional courses is proposed, which based on the personalized test college professional courses reform method, based on the study of personality subject examination proposition system was designed and implemented.The system is based on the thesis of each student’s personal information data, the same topic varies due to the candidate’s information. So the problem solving process and the answers are vary, these items personalized, a piece of paper can derived into N roll, improves the objectivity and scientific. Based on some universities in heilongjiang province as the object of the pilot study, adopt the method of questionnaire and variance contrast, respectively, to verify the effectiveness of the proposed system. Personalized questions were analyzed deeply influence on student’s study enthusiasm. The results of the survey and data analysis results show that the method based on personalized professional examination question bank reform while effectively avoid behaviors that are normal examination, to improve the students’ learning psychology, improve student learning enthusiasm and initiative has significant effect, thus achieved the purpose of effectively promote students learning ability.
