The Countermeasures Research On Ideological And Political Work Of College Young Teachers

The ideological and political work has a strong consciousness, which is the seat of our party’s advantage. The ideological and political work of the young teachers in Colleges is the goal of Marx theory and China the up-to-date achievement armed forces of young teachers in mind, guiding young teachers to understand and grasp the basic theory of China’s revolution, construction and reform, enhancing their enthusiasm in the education, initiative and creativity, so that the young teachers are good at the dissemination of knowledge, the work of education. Young teachers as a force of teachers, strengthening and improving the ideological and political work, to fully implement the party’s education policy, to ensure that the college adhere to the socialist orientation, the cultivation of socialist builders and successors of the all-round development, has great and profound significance.This paper takes the ideological and political work of college young teachers as the research object, the following summarized the characteristics of the meaning of the relevant theoretical basis, the characteristics of young teachers and the history of college teachers’ ideological and political work. Took young teachers who engaged in the teaching, scientific research and counselors hillock in universities of Dalian as the questionnaire investigation, interviewed some school leaders who responsible for the ideological and political work. Then, consolidated and analyzed the current situation of ideological and political work, and pointed out the main problem of the young teachers’ideological and political work: responsibility on the distribution of fuzzy, lack of targeted content, lack of the method innovation and the management system is not perfect. And analyzed the reasons from the domestic and foreign environment, universities and young teachers themselves three aspects. Finally, put forward some corresponding countermeasures for the ideological and political work of young teachers, by adhering to the basic principles of work, agglomerating the organizational strength, optimizing the thinking method and improving the management system to promote the ideological and political work of young teachers in universities healthily and effectively development.
