With the increasing development of the international metropolis of Shanghai, a large number of migrant workers continue to flow into the. The problem is, the education of children of migrant workers. Because of these migrant workers usually busy with work, they are lack of education and family education. The problems of education and teaching and how to deal with this group, let them share the education resources of Shanghai City, began to get more and more extensive attention of the society.As an important part of Chinese teaching, classical Chinese reading teaching because of its carrying crystallization ancient culture is paid more and more attention. As the cultural heritage of the next generation, how to make it in the modernization process of growing today more patience to chant the wisdom of the ancients, improve their classical culture, is worth every teacher thinking. Because of the children of migrant workers and the Shanghai students have accepted differences in real learning, so how to improve this group of classical Chinese reading learning efficiency is the main direction of this study.This study is based on the teaching practice of Shanghai Long Yuan Middle School Class 2013 grade, analyzed and summarized the current situation of migrant workers children in learning classical Chinese. Through the action research method, found in the practice of teaching deficiencies of children of migrant workers in classical Chinese learning, establish improvement scheme, observation and reflection. The children of migrant workers of family learning support system, the level of teachers and students in different external factors internal factors such as self motivation to explore the impact of various factors of migrant workers’ children learning classical Chinese. The results show that: the children of migrant workers in classical Chinese reading level is low in Shanghai student level, also lower than average, they are lack of basic accumulation, vision is narrow, lack of learning habits, the lack of learning motivation, they are lack of family education. These are the result of reading the main reason the poor of their writings in classical Chinese.In this study, through literature review, survey research methods, taking the classroom teaching as a main position, in classical Chinese reading teaching is the main direction, of the children of migrant workers in classical Chinese reading teaching to carry on the ponder, to explore suitable for Chinese children of migrant workers in the teaching of reading strategies, refining the Meng Meng students, shallow teaching "teaching philosophy, mainly to choose teaching content, re set the teaching goal, the teaching methods of the re adjustment are explored, so that children of migrant workers gradually get rid of classical learning or disgust or fear of emotions, improve the learning interest,and have achieved some results.
