Research On Containment Strategies Actuality Of Youth Violence In Sports

There has been a heated discussion about the phenomenon of school sports safety and violence in sports. The purpose is to investigate the containment strategies actuality of PE teachers and related department about youth violence in sports, and to reduce or avoid the violence in youth sports. First of all, containment strategies of youth violence in sports were defined with genus plus specific difference in logics. It is reviewed systematically in containment theory and conception, theoretical model and the development of empirical study by the method of literature consultation. Expert interview is applied to make an interview with specialists on physical education. Through isotropy analysis, there containments strategies models were presented to contain the youth violence in sports: prevention before it occurs, control while it is occurring and governance after it occurred. The effective protecting and system can be provided for youth healthy. Through the method of questionnaire,402 PE teachers from primary schools, middle schools, high schools, universities and colleges were investigated to clear the containments of youth violence in sports in Taiyuan city, in order to provide reference to reduce or avoid the youth violence in sports.The conclusions:1. Through isotropy analysis, three containment strategies models of youth violence in sports were presented:prevention before it occurs, control while it is occurring and governance after it occurred.2. The prevention strategies before youth violence in sports occurs:emphasizing disciplines, allotting equipments reasonable, completing equipment sites, paying attention to students, strengthening supervision, dividing into groups reasonable and arranging the programs reasonable. The control strategies while youth violence in sports is occurring: preventing in time, criticizing and educating and verbal suggestion. The governance strategies after youth violence in sports occurred:criticizing and educating, punishment, communication, reporting to the leadership, curriculum adjustment and psychological counseling.3. There are some inadequacies about the containment strategies of competent departments for youth violence in sports. The inadequacies of education competent department are short of the specific handling measures and departments, and the policy is just the form and slogan. The inadequacies of school competent department are short of the fundamental handling for the problems, school regulations and disciplines are undefined, the measures without responsibility for people, and the frequently education aroused boredom of students.4. There is not obvious about the containment strategies of PE teachers with different sex for youth violence in sports.5. Among the containment strategies of PE teachers for youth violence in sports, the containment strategies of forbidding students join sports activities need to improve.6. The PE teachers from primary schools and middle schools and universities are agree with that school control is the most important part to contain youth violence in sports, furthermore, family control is also important.
