For this reason, the active integration into the international is currently one of the important qualities of talent necessary. However, every oak must be an acorn, the basic learning English of high school students English is good or bad, for further learning English plays a vital role in the future. Will be the future development of his career, has an important impact not to be underestimated. Currently, the existing environment, high school English learners polarization is widespread, the proportion of English "learning difficulties", and in some areas increased significantly, and the quality of learning more and more serious degree of differentiation. The students of poor English become high school education, a prominent problem in general.In learning and research, on the basis of theory, in the grade school students to investigate, around 300 people at the same time in a classroom learning difficulty students and the different in the other two classes as the control group, with the empirical research, high school student with English learning difficulties mainly can be divided into three categories: psychological barriers, behavior disorder and disciplines. The high school student with English learning disability is caused by three kinds of obstacles. Therefore, in the middle school students’ English learning disabilities through analysis of the causes and characteristics, puts forward learning difficulty students learning control strategy, strengthen the cultivation of high school English poor student self-confidence and self-control, cultivating good interest in English learning of high school learning difficulty students, form good study way, improve teachers’ quality at the same time, the emotional communication between teachers and students.
