The high school students are all key stages of life, it means the beginning of dream, also reflects the cruelty of competition. During this period, increased learning subjects, more profound knowledge, curriculum schedule is faster, student learning time is long, the learning strength increased, and other factors, all of these cause students heavy study pressure. How to alleviate the pressure, finally to improve the academic performance of students, this is the school, society, parents and students personal issues of common concern. Combined with the status quo of the existing research, academic pressure from the investigation of high school students, analysis of the causes of the pressure generation, finally tries to find methods to alleviate the pressure of high school students study the reasonable effective.The research object in the past mainly are middle school students, a wide range, this paper focus on high school students, because, in the study pressure, the high school stage is more outstanding. The research methods, the integrated use of the literature method, questionnaire method and interview method, analysis of the causes of academic pressure of senior high school students, look at the issue from the perspective of dialectical materialism, emphasizing the common effect of internal and external causes.This paper is divided into four partsThe first part: introduces the research background, combined with the actual situation of our country high school students learning, expounds the purpose and significance of the subject.The second part: find the relevant literature, combined with existing research, m ake the broadly defined concept of pressure, academic pressure, coping strategy an d pressure source, analysis of domestic and foreign about stress, stress coping strat egies, high pressure, academic stress coping strategies research present situation, find the influence factors of high school students for the following academic pressur e, provide the theoretical basis and the way to relieve stress..The third part: introduce the research methods, the results of the study, the results section includes empirical investigation of academic stress status of high school students, select Luzhou high school as the investigation object, using the method of questionnaire and interview, on high school students’ learning and rest time, all kinds of pressure and mental state was investigated and the corresponding analysis, find relevant academicpressure of senior high school students, finally discusses the reasons and results of the interview, and the results of previous studies of different.The fourth part: put forward the methods to alleviate the academic pressure of senior high school students, the main emphasis on students’ main body function, starting from their own, also play a role in the family and the school management, stimulate students interest in learning, can effective reduce the pressure of study, improve the learning achievement...
