With the rapid developm ent of China’s economy and society, the improvement of people’s living standards and people se eking health awareness growing, the requirements of residents of the sports facilities are increasingly high. China’s sport has also been progress, from sports strengthe n to popular sports strengthen. The healthy development of urban comm unity sport is an ef fective means to promote mass sports undertakings advance. Therefore, a reasona ble allocation of urban community sports facilities optimization becomes particularly important.In recent years, the lev el of econom ic development of Ha ndan city is growing rapidly, but in sports facility developm ent is still hyste resis.Therefore, the curre nt situation studies of Handan City community sports facilities and giving reasonably practicable measures have important practical significance.In this paper, first, introduce the background, concepts and theories of this paper, determine the subjects and methods thesis. Second, it discusses the development history of domestic and community spor ts facilities, and summarizes the re levant research literature. Third, by Survey of Handan city sp orts facilities and data sort, analyze the existing problems, pointing out the reasons fo r the surface and the underlying causes of problems. Finally, for the problem s of community sports development in Handan city, proposes the development of counterm easures from the planning, managem ent and other aspects,getting the study concluded.
