The Exploring Of Community Comprehensive Developing Model In Enterprise Social Work

With the rapid development of China’s economic, industrialization, urbanization and the quickly increasing social transformation, the problems in enterprise are also increasingly prominent. Employees face many problems as the vulnerable groups, such as long working hours; big working pressure; poor wages and benefits; employee relations; relations between employee and manager and so on. Business managers and other supervisors seem to occupy a strong position, but they are also facing pressure and a lot of problems in fact:the growing labor conflicts; high turnover rate of staff; poor adaptability of the new generation employee; low operational efficiency; difficult to accomplish enterprise social responsibility and so on. In short, whether the owner or employees are facing various difficulties and challenges. Enterprise social work uses its professional work methods to overcome the difficult problems one by one for the scientific development of employees and enterprises. The enterprise social work has become the inevitable requirement of times development because of its goal to prevent and solve the problems in enterprises.Enterprise social work has a certain development in China recently. It has been done a preliminary and summarized exploration about the domestic enterprise social work practice model and different classifications of enterprise social work practice model have already formed. But most of the lessons are from the west and the domestic is just piloting in different regions. The classification is miscellaneous and there is no uniform classification and name. So, the domestic hasn’t explored a set of practice model recognized and suitable for China’s national conditions, which also naturally becomes the, priority of the enterprise social work.The author mainly uses the interview method, questionnaire and participant observation to do the comprehensive analysis. Firstly, this paper makes an overview of the social work and the enterprise social work, including the introduce of related concepts, literature review and research ideas and so on. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the practical enterprise social work practice models, the article mainly explores the community comprehensive developing model, which is suitable for the lational conditions of China. It takes the professional practice aoout enterprise sociai vork in Shenzhen as an example. Then it analyses the current situation and mprovement suggestions of this practice model from the advantages, disadvantages ind so on. At last, the author discusses from five aspects about how to combine the ;ommunity comprehensive developing model and company inside model to lead the uture trend of enterprise social work and promote the benign operation of enterprise social work.The article draws the following conclusions from the overall perspective:Firstly, the community comprehensive developing model exists a short time, but the early ievelopment trend shows that it is suitable for the development of China’s national conditions and will have a significant role in future development; Secondly, the community comprehensive developing model has its own development advantages and also has many obvious problems, if you don’t face these problems or not try to solve these problems, this model will not be developed and promoted in a high speed; Thirdly, even though this model is suitable for the development now, it can’t cope with the challenges of the future because of the complicated situation in our country and in our enterprises, so it still needs other suitable practice models to cooperate and promote the long-term development of the community comprehensive developing model; At last, the community comprehensive developing model is based on community, it still needs the wide support and encouragement of the government, civil society organizations and the volunteers to breakthrough the operation difficulties based on the community in the future.
