Teacher is the base of education, and Ethics is the base of teacher. The young teachers in contemporary Colleges and universities accounted for the largest proportion. They are the most energetic and The most innovative group. In part, their moral levels represent the University Teachers’ moral status, and influence generations of the healthy growth of College Students. With the rapid development of Higher Education and people pay more attention to teacher education, the young teachers’moral level requirements are improving. In the spirit of the central document guiding, this paper attempts to Systematic research the Situation and Construction of Morality of young university teachers, which is on the basis of the existing research results and Combined with the young teachers in the background of the times. And hope to Hope to provide theoretical guidance to improve the level of University Teachers’ Moral.This paper includes four parts:The introduction part is illustrated from five aspects, including the question and the research significance, The definition of relevant concepts and research scope, research review, research ideas, research methods.First chapter, to illustrate the important significance of strengthening the construction of young teachers. According to the ethics promotion importance in the quality of College Teachers and the young teachers’background of the times, to point out the significance of strengthening the construction of young teachers is very important to Social development. It is beneficial to improve the overall quality of teachers in Colleges and Universities; to improve the quality of personnel training; to promote the connotation of higher education development and it’s beneficial to the formation of of social morality.The second chapter: Based on the existing literature data, questionnaire investigation method is adopted to analyze the current status, existing problems and the reasons of young college teachers’ ethics problems.To point out that the current mainstream of young college teachers’ positive, but some young teachers still exist some problems of virtue. Such as weak ideals and beliefs, highlight scientific research instead of cultivating learning abilities,academic utilitarianism seriously and models consciousness. The reason mainly lies in three aspects: The impact and challenge caused by social transformation; mechanism for the construction of college teachers is not well organized and young college teachers lack of self moral cultivation. The third chapter:In view of the reasons for the problems of young teachers, put forward four ways to promote the young moral construction of young teachers and to improve their own self-cultivation, which is by strengthening education, optimize the operation mechanism, create a good environment and morality construction of young teachers.
