The teachers'occupational morality controls the teaching, and even educational activaties, which determines teachers'enthusiasm and devotion to the educational course, thus, and has direct effect on their teaching attitudes, the improvement of the lecturing levels and the renewal of the teaching methods. Also, it plays an important part in students, even social life on the whole.Teachers in rural areas matter greatly with the constant construction of the new-type socialistic rural areas and the increasingly further renovation in education, in which they act as several roles, such as the main power in the cultural system in rural areas, the dominators in the educational activities around there, etc. Teachers in rural areas can provide the cultural premises and the propaganda for the construction of the new-type socialistic rural areas, taking advantage of the knowledge system, the conveying abilities and the surroundings around them. Therefore, the new social situation requires the corresponding levels of teachers'occupational morality.The author distributed a questionnaire to the middle-school teachers in rural areas around Shenyang city to make some knowledge of the existing state of the teachers'occupational morality there. The survey shows the teachers around there have rather excellent qualities on the whole. Otherwise, there are still the opposite examples, on the basis of which the auther analyses the causes fully.The author offers the system of the improvement of teachers'occupational morality, referring to a lot of related research achievements, which is composed of the security offered by local governments, the force that the teachers there will be further educated and the basis on the education at school. So, the system is a multi-dimension one with long duration, in which anther reasonably efficient system for evaluation is included. Therefore, the system is supposed to contribute to the improvement of middle-school teachers'occupational morality in rural areas.
