| With the arrival of higher education era in China, the number of students in universities is growing rapidly day by day and the learning styles of the students are also becoming more and more diversified. So is has become a serve challenge for the teachers to explore a suitable teaching style that can satisfy most students’needs. In the age of Information, the technology tools are adopted rather widely in classes and the learning styles of students are becoming networking. At the same time, the teaching methods are combined with the network and information. Given this, flipped classroom appears.As a new teaching method, flipped classroom means that students learn independently with the learning materials provided by the teachers, and then solve the questions through the discussion with teachers or other students in class, in which students play the role of active learners rather than passive listeners. This learning style will give students more freedom of learning, which can fully motivate the enthusiasm of the students. But there may exist some problems for the students who don’t experience this learning style regularly, and these are the main research purposes in this thesis.Taking the mechanics class for sophomore students in S university for example, this research studies based on Marx doctrine, Study Dynamic System and Study Cognition System of students by way of empirical method. First it collects the effects and questions with questionnaires from the 61 students (57 male students and 4 female students) in this class and chooses 5 students (3 male students and 2 female students) based on their ranks of academic record. Then it interviews 5 students to explore the effect and problems of students to flipped classroom, in which 2 students are from the top ten,3 students in the middle,1 in the low level who relearns the class. At last, it integrates all the materials and come up with specific advices for the implement of flipped classroom. This research draws the conclusions as listed below.1. It summarizes the problems on study cognition system and study dynamic system after collecting and analyzing the questionnaires.(1) Compared with traditional classroom, flipped classroom can motivate the activeness and enthusiasm of students effectively.(2) Compared with traditional classroom, flipped classroom can improve the students’ cognition from all levels.(3) There are some problems in students’ learning behaviors such as study dynamic and study cognition in flipped classroom. Study cognition problems contain understanding problems of memories, application of knowledge while study dynamics problems contain internal cognition system problems as learning motivation, learning methods and external cognition system problems as teaching surroundings, resources.2. It puts forward specific advice as motivation of students, creating appropriate learning surroundings and guidance on the learning in flipped classroom.This research is of great significance to promote the effective teaching method, and it can provide new ideas for academic advising of students, which can help a lot in the development of students. |
