At present, China is entering the era of mass Higher Education, the scarcity of educational resources and the market economy system have bringing increasingly fierce competition between universities. In such a complex environment, the key of a university wants to maintain its competitive advantage is innovation. However, organizational innovation will eventually implement in individual practice, the creative ability of university depends on the strength of innovative behavior and innovation activities of the staff and students. As a university’s continuing innovation force, postgraduate must follow the pace of scientific progress and technological innovation, keep acquiring, sharing, creating and utilizing new knowledge. Therefore, how to select the appropriate guidance and incentives to improve postgraduate’s innovation behavior becomes an important part of the work of Graduate Education.As an organizational learning activity, knowledge sharing exists in almost every corner of the university. Postgraduate share their knowledge more frequently because of the academic and research activities. Knowledge sharing activities can not only enhance the reserve of postgraduate’s knowledge, but also has an important impact on innovative power and innovative behavior. However, from the knowledge sharing activities to the individual innovation behavior, intermediate process must affected by other factors. Thus, as an integrated indicator of identifying, acquiring, understanding, digesting and utilizing external new knowledge for individual, knowledge absorptive capacity may be a very important intermediary role between knowledge sharing and individual innovative behavior.This study explores the influence of the degree of knowledge sharing and the two dimensions "explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge sharing" on the behavior of postgraduate innovation, and introduction of mediating variables knowledge absorptive capacity, testing the mediating effect of knowledge absorptive capacity and the two dimensions "potential knowledge absorptive capacity and achieve knowledge absorptive capacity" between knowledge sharing and postgraduate innovative behavior. This study review previous research and study the relationship between the variables by theoretical analyze, propose hypotheses and build models. Meanwhile, we use postgraduate in five universities of Anhui Province for research samples, questionnaires, using SPSS 19.0 software to analyze the collected data to verify the hypothesis of this paper, and ultimately concluded that:Knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on postgraduate innovative behavior, and explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing both have significant positive impact on postgraduate innovative behavior; Knowledge sharing has a significant positive impact on knowledge absorption capacity, and explicit knowledge sharing and tacit knowledge sharing both have significant positive impact on potential knowledge absorptive capacity and achieve knowledge absorptive capacity; Knowledge absorption capacity has a significant positive impact on postgraduate innovative behavior, and potential knowledge absorptive capacity and achieve knowledge absorptive capacity both have significant positive impact on postgraduate innovative behavior.The research is divided into six steps:The first part is an introduction, which describes the research background, purpose and significance, introduces the research methods and ideas as well as possible innovations of this article; the second part is literature review, this part review and sort out the relevant theoretical results about knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity and postgraduate innovative behavior; the third part is the theoretical analysis and research hypothesis, we propose hypotheses based on the analysis of the relationship between knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity and postgraduate innovative behavior, then build a theoretical model; the fourth part is the research design, we select the maturity scale from domestic and foreign which is published and empirical with good reliability and validity to design a questionnaire, then test the homologous variance, reliability and validity of the collected date. The fifth part is empirical analysis, described statistics and analyzed the correlations between the main variables through the sample data, then used linear regression analysis test the relationship between knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity and postgraduate innovative behavior; the sixth part is the conclusion, recommendations and prospects, this part summed up the empirical analysis of the fifth part, proposed appropriate management advice, founded the shortcomings of this study and the follow-up studies prospects in this area.
