Research On Social Work Methods In Rising 0 To 3 Year-Old Children Development Ability

Children are the hope of the motherland and the future, so it is very important of the development of children and education. This stage is an important period of childhood, so we must pay attention to children development and need. Children have a lot of needs, including the basic survival needs, love needs, learning needs, game needs, social needs and so on. These needs affect the child’s healthy growth in a certain extent. So in order to ensure the healthy growth of children, we must do all we can to meet the various needs. Family play a very important role in the growth of children, because most of the time children are in family activities as a carrier,.Family is not only the place that children live, but also an important place for children to grow up. So improving the family development ability is very important.This paper use the theory of social work to analysis framework of the research question.lt mainly using the method of group social work intervening 0 to 3 year-old children development ability of study, with the examples of Jinxiu community.we call this plan "Jinmeng program activities".It is from a perspective of new argument through social work under this kind of method to solve the difficulties faced by 0 to 3 year-old children. This article adopts the method of group social work to help these families, by conducting knowledge lectures, parent-child game, jinmeng school activities to improve 0 to 3 years-old children. The whole process of project implementation work mainly including preparation, beginning, middle late transition stage, mature stage and ending stage. Finally by issuing, collection, analysis, evaluation questionnaire about completion of the aim of the project, and on the basis of the analysis to summarize and reflect on the whole service process. Through this study can be seen that social work methods play a key role in improving the capacity of 0 to 3 year-old children development. There is a significant role of the related social work after continuing provides practical experience. The significance of this research mainly has two aspects, one is the theoretical,the other is practical.Through the methods of social work intervention can raise their development ability.This is the perfect combination of theory and practice of social work.lt is not only can enrich and develop the theory of social work, And also can accumulation the practical experience that for later related to specific practice improved the study case. Through social work method to 0 to 3 year-old child family intervention for the children development can help them to improve ability. It can maximum limit satisfy their development needs and ascend parents parenting skills.
