In recent years,the "flipped classroom” that has swept the world and changed the traditional teaching methods,which not only improves students' learning initiative and interest in learning,but also effectively enhances teacher-student interaction and improves teaching effectiveness.Under the circumstance of education and teaching in China,“flipped classroom” in the implementation of specific teaching,the quality of independent learning of students with different foundations is difficult to guarantee,furthermore,the quality of discussion in the classroom is also difficult to improve.Therefore,based on the "flipped classroom",combined with the advantages of hybrid teaching,on the basis of constructivism,mastery theory,effective management theory,etc.,this paper constructs a hybrid teaching model,and conducts in-depth study of classroom management principles and strategies.This paper adopts the literature research,questionnaire survey and experiment to carry out the research about the hybrid teaching effectiveness management strategy based on“flipped classroom”,which is divided into five parts.The first part is the background and significance of the research,the definition of important concepts,the literature review of domestic and foreign,and the contents and methods of the research.The second part based on the constructivism learning theory,learning theory,effective teaching theory,this paper combined with the “flipped classroom” and hybrid classroom advantages to design hybrid class teaching mode.The third part discusses the classroom management strategy based on the hybrid classroom teaching in the aspects of creating a good classroom environment and setting reasonable goals for learning according to the management principles of independent learning and cooperative learning.The fourth part focuses on the practice of classroom management in flipped classroom proved to be effective..The fifth part summarizes the research results and shortcomings based on the classroom teaching of hybrid classroom teaching.This research is a hybrid teaching mode based on “flipped classroom” in the information age,combined with classroom management principles and strategies,fully exploiting the advantages of “flipped classroom” and hybrid teaching,promoting students' self-learning ability and application innovation ability,as well as provides new ideas for classroom reform and “flipped classroom” implementation,which has its applicability and guidance.
