The discipline of mathematics is different from other subjects, it is highly abstract, logic. While the primary school stage is in the transition from the concrete image thinking to abstract logical thinking time,therefore, in primary school mathematics teaching, reasonable, effective use of learning tools, let the hands-on operation and think together, can not only cultivate the students’ interest in learning mathematics, but also boring into lively, the abstract to the concrete, stimulate students thinking,effectively improve the efficiency of mathematics teaching. Therefore,research on effective use is an important aspect that can not be ignored the reform of mathematics classroom teaching in primary school.Through a questionnaire survey of 6 schools in Xiangtan city in 10 classes of 526 students,interviews, on 10 math teachers we found, at present most of the city’s primary school school with the number and types are not complete, and the People Education Press edition mathematics textbook has just revised, supporting school can not keep up.Most of the school managementused in unsupervised state, some teachers because there is no time to get a complete learning tool and give up learning tool use, also some teachers think that the related study is not practicaland not using learning and teaching, the teachers think that multimedia teaching is more easy thanto learn well and rarely use school teaching. Even though the use of school teaching, most of the teachers and the students with the operation process as a kind of active classroom atmosphere means, a mere formality, in teaching there learn to learn theoperation, operation form and classroom chaos.Very little actual research in primary school mathematics teaching to guide students to use learning tools, the majority of teachers to students learning mathematics learning how to use a general lack of systematic thinking, to learn the use of inefficient or ineffective, the dominant position of the students can not fully play, is not conducive to the construction of the system of mathematics knowledge. Teachers hope the school can timely with learning materials are complete,complete,practical and creative, more hope the higher authorities to provide learning with teaching guidance,specifically to provide them with excellent teaching design and guidance.Based on the "primary school mathematics learning facilities,teachers,teaching is inefficientexclusion studies" and the present situation of the teachers, I think, to further enrich anddevelopment of primary school mathematics learning products need to pay attention to the study ofprimary school mathematics teaching, with the regulation in the use,but also the need to strengthen the management of primary school mathematics, to overcome the negative effects, andmay be in use, so as to improve the effectiveness of primary school mathematics learning with the use of high school.
